Nobody impressed the ranking committee this past weekend like Gail 'Gigi' Sullivan did. Gail went into the NY-USAW State's un-ranked. Gail made it all the way to the finals, where she went head-to-head with the #3 ranked wrestler. Gail pulled off the upset in sudden victory and became the 2022 NY-USAW State Champion!! Gail has never been in the rankings, with this performance, she is currently ranked #2 in the State at D4 75 pounds! Congrats Gail!!!!
